Frank Minutolo is the president of Resources for Management, Inc. He is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience. Frank was president of Konica Medical Corporation for over 15 years and grew the business from 8 million dollars in annual revenue to 80 million. During this evolution , Frank refocused the company by revamping sales and marketing channels; creating a service subsidiary company; forming a distribution company; establishing a dealer network; and building a brand name corporate identity.
Other experiences include a number of years in the pharmaceutical business and significant time with Xerox Corporation in a variety of sales management responsibilities. Having walked in your shoes he can aid and advise you in the various stages your business is going through.
He was an active member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and served as Chairperson of the Health Care Committee for two years.
He has been a guest lecturer in the graduate studies program at William Patterson College, New Jersey and an Executive in Residence at Centenary College , New Jersey.
He has been a member of the Board Of Advisors for the Picatinny Innovation Center and has served on the Board of Directors of several multi million dollar companies.
